COMMUNITY LOVE
I’ve been going to Cayley’s classes since she first opened her doors. Cayley has created a positive and encouraging workout environment. Her classes are varied and rigorous each week, and she continues to introduce new equipment and exercises. As a busy working Mom, I love that I can show up, get a killer workout in, and I don’t have to plan anything on my own! She’s done a great job coping with the changing environment of Covid, and I am thankful for her classes! - Becky Craig
I have been training with Cayley off and on for about 3 years now. From day one she instantly made me feel comfortable and enjoy each session. Each workout is different, she mixes up the routine and the exercises each session to keep it both challenging and familiar. During the workout classes Cayley has adapted exercises to meet my needs during both of my pregnancies and postpartum. She designs workouts that allow all participants to feel part of the workout group even if adaptations are needed. Thank you Cayley for all that you do! -Kelsey N.
Joining Cayley’s fitness class was a life changing experience. I did not exercise and was self conscious. Cayley’s class gave me confidence and made me feel very comfortable. Cayley’s bootcamp classes are the best! She always creates a new diverse workout and motivates me to work hard during the class. Her home studio is welcoming and clean with a wide variety of fitness equipment in new condition. It is an added bonus to work out with a great community of supportive women. After I had my first child I was in rut with my physical and mental state. Joining Cayley’s class brought a new fun and progressive way for me to exercise both my body and mind. Not only has my outer appearance changed but I have found a community of ladies who build each other up. Cayley’s circuits training is well thought out and perfectly demonstrated at each class. With Cayley motivating you threw out the class you feel you can achieve your goal. I have been in Cayley’s work out class since September 2019 and I continue to go back for the physical work out, the uplifting community she has built and a great sweat! Cayley provides a diverse workout for all levels and ages. She is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging but also provides you with appropriate modifications when needed. Her home gym is extremely clean and provides ample space and equipment for a variety of exercises. Five Stars - Cayley knows how to get your heart rate going. Her classes are always dynamic and energizing and her gym space is the perfect spot for a good sweat.
